My Way Motors truly stands behind their vehicles. After purchasing my car, it was sent to their mechanics to complete the agreed-upon updates. About a week later, the check engine light came on, so I took it to BMW for service. My salesman personally reached out to check on how the car was performing. When I informed him that it was in the shop, he immediately contacted the owners, who assured me they would take care of the repair bill to satisfy their initial promise to get the check engine light off. I am incredibly grateful to have purchased a vehicle from a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its word.

A pleasurable buying experience. Drove from out of town James met us as we pulled up for our appointment. Checked out the vehicle, test drove it, car fox report, started paperwork. Little issue with sunroof, they were right on it. They found issue, ordered the part and we came back couple of days later for the repair. They gave a 6 months warranty on it. Satisfied customers.
